What these grades mean on the finger
Graded G, near-colourless: to the naked eye it faces up white, and most buyers cannot tell it from a colourless grade once it is set. The saving over a D to F stone is real; the visible difference rarely is.
VVS2 clarity: the inclusions are so small a trained grader needs magnification and patience to find them. To the naked eye this stone is immaculate.
