Choose the stone and review its details

Start with your budget, preferred shape and carat weight. Compare the grading details and report shown for each stone, and ask us to confirm availability. Request available photographs or video of the actual diamond; an indicative render illustrates a design and does not document an individual stone.

Approve the full quote before ordering

Confirm the price in rands including VAT, the stone or finished-jewellery specification, and any additional making or delivery costs. For a ring, agree the metal, setting and size. A sourced stone or a made-to-order piece may need more time than an item already in stock.

Read the terms and confirm any return, cancellation or resizing conditions that apply to your order before payment.

Confirm insured delivery for your address

Give us the delivery postcode and your required date before committing to a purchase. Confirm the courier, insurance cover, any delivery charge, the dispatch date and the expected transit window in writing. Timing depends on stock, production, cleared payment and the destination; overnight arrival is not a nationwide guarantee.

Ask how tracking and receipt will work, particularly for a surprise gift. Never assume a proposal or wedding deadline is achievable until we have confirmed it.

Remote sizing and aftercare

Discuss how to establish the correct ring or bracelet size before manufacture. If you need a fitting, adjustment or return later, contact Prodiam first to agree the process and any insured transport arrangements. Confirm costs before sending jewellery.
