How quickly does Prodiam reply to an enquiry?

Within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 09h00 to 17h00 SAST, and it is a real reply signed by the desk, not an autoresponder. For urgent matters, WhatsApp +27 74 702 1976 directly; that is the fastest channel.

Can I visit the Prodiam viewing room in person?

Yes, strictly by appointment: Suite F1W6, The Paragon, 1 Kramer Road, Bedfordview, Johannesburg, ten minutes from O.R. Tambo International. Saturday viewings are available on request, there is secure underground parking, and GIA South Africa keeps an office in the same building, so a stone can be re-verified on the spot.

Can I buy from Prodiam without coming to Johannesburg?

Yes. A large share of Prodiam purchases happen remotely: the viewing is done live on video or WhatsApp with the stone under the microscope, the GIA report is verified together online, and the piece is delivered insured and overnight anywhere in South Africa on cleared funds.

Who actually answers my enquiry?

Darren Etkind, the director. Prodiam is a director-led house: every viewing, commission, trade-account decision and after-sale crosses one desk, so you deal with the person who can actually quote, source and decide.
